The outreach position emphasizes independent decision-making and crisis counseling tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer non-judgmental support to clients in distress

• Transport clients and assist in crisis situations

• Conduct assessments and engage in outreach sweeps

• Collaborate with partner agencies to advocate for clients

• Facilitate community educational sessions

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma or degree in a relevant field

• Experience in outreach and crisis counseling

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and housing systems

• Class 5 driver’s license; ability to obtain Class 4 within 60 days

• Capable of navigating rough terrain in adverse weather
