Focused Case Manager

Position: Housing-Focused Case Manager Role
Join McMan Calgary & Area as a Case Manager focused on housing-first approaches. Empower individuals by facilitating support for housing maintenance, education, and financial access.

This permanent position emphasizes a recovery-oriented system to assist residents in achieving independent living. Serving a vulnerable population, you'll provide individual support, enhance life skills, and ensure safe living environments. A rotating schedule from Monday to Friday includes on-call rotation, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate individuals to boost self-efficacy and independence

• Use Natural Supports to improve client networks and outcomes

• Provide life skills training in health, nutrition, and safety

• Monitor recovery-oriented progress for residents

• Conduct case management duties from assessment to evaluation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Services required

• 3 years of experience with vulnerable populations

• Knowledge of the Homeless System of Care

• Current First Aid and Suicide Intervention Certification

• Must hold a valid driver's license and insurance
