Intensive Case Manager at ENVIROS

This role offers full-time support to enhance client stability.
In this position, you will work directly with youth aged 18-29, providing essential assistance to improve their overall wellbeing. Your experience in the Calgary Homeless Foundation network will be beneficial in advancing clients' access to crucial services, including health and educational resources. The role also involves crisis management and advocating for tenant needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure financial supports and resources are in place
• Conduct meetings and lead training workshops
• Navigate systems for tenant advocacy and support
• Respond promptly to medical and mental health crises
• Assist tenants with daily routines and hygiene practices
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of experience with at-risk youth
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
• Current intervention record check
• Class 4 or 5 driver’s licence required
