In this critical role, you will report to the Director of Middle and Senior School, delivering specialized support while fostering a nurturing school culture. Your responsibilities will include facilitating behavioral interventions, supporting student oversight, and providing social-emotional coaching. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all students can thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide immediate behavioral intervention and support
• Facilitate restorative sessions for community breaches
• Assist with crisis situations using NVCI protocols
• Monitor student interactions and attendance patterns
• Mentor students in social skills and emotional regulation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Experience in school-based youth work preferred
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Strong understanding of adolescent development
• Skills in clinical documentation and data tracking
