Position: Counsellor I Family Support Role

As a Family Support Counsellor I, you'll be pivotal in executing family support services across community and educational contexts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess family needs and establish individualized goals

• Advocate and create resource networks for families

• Conduct parent training and provide counselling

• Respond directly during crises to support families

• Engage in supervision and team collaboration meetings

Requirements:

• Relevant degree required in Human Sciences or related field

• 2-4 years' relevant experience with families and children

• Experience in family support preferred

• Case Management experience is an advantage

• Full, non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license needed
