Position: Youth Case Manager Role at Enviros
Empower youth with Enviros as a Case Manager in our Youth Transition to Adulthood program. Focus on life skills development for clients transitioning into independence.

The Case Manager plays a crucial role in supporting youth who have experienced long-term involvement with Children and Family Services. Your work will involve assessing needs, providing life-skills training, and enhancing community resource knowledge to help clients achieve independence. This role requires a blend of independent work and teamwork to create impactful outcomes for youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver life skills training for youth development

• Assess community resource needs for individual youth

• Facilitate healthy relationship building through problem-solving

• Support youths’ transitions into education and employment

• Maintain client documentation with accuracy

Requirements:

• Relevant Human Service degree or diploma

• Experience working with vulnerable youth populations

• Updated criminal and intervention record checks

• Ability to operate a safe and reliable vehicle

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
