Wood's Homes is hiring two Overnight Counsellors dedicated to delivering essential support to children and families. Working on a rotating shift basis, you will contribute to creating a safe environment while focusing on personal development.

Your role requires active participation in a team and engagement in case management to effectively meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and uphold structured programs for client development

• Attend and engage in team and supervision meetings

• Manage therapeutic services, attending various meetings for clients

• Maintain the living environment and ensure program compliance

• Perform critical tasks like meal prep and client transportation

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Sciences, Child and Youth Care, or related

• 2-4 years experience in a similar role

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Class 5 driver’s licence necessary

• Background in youth work preferred
