Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients experiencing homelessness and mental health crises

• Conduct outreach sweeps in difficult terrains and weather

• Advocate for clients, coordinating with partner agencies

• Respond to emergency situations effectively

• Offer educational sessions to empower community members

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree; in-progress education accepted

• Minimum one year of case management experience

• Familiarity with harm reduction and mental health resources

• Class 5 driver’s license; obtain Class 4 within 60 days

• Ability to assist clients physically in all conditions
