Outreach Case Worker Position

Equation Staffing is hiring full-time Outreach Case Workers in Calgary, AB. Engage with clients facing homelessness and addiction through compassionate, client-centered support.

This permanent position within the Outreach Program focuses on assisting individuals with mental health challenges. You will conduct outreach, advocate for client needs, and work with emergency services.

Your role encompasses crisis support, on-site interventions, and maintaining professional confidentiality while collaborating with partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client-centered, respectful support in the field

• Engage individuals in high-risk areas and hidden spots

• Transport clients using agency vehicles when needed

• Document case notes and ensure data accuracy

• Facilitate collaborations with community partners

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in crisis management or case work

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Class 5 driver’s license; capable of acquiring Class 4

• Clean driver’s abstract and vulnerability check

• Ability to physically assist clients in varying conditions
