This part-time role at The Mustard Seed requires four dedicated individuals to empower women facing significant hardships. You will provide crisis intervention, supportive conversations, and connect guests to essential programs and services. The focus is on fostering dignity and kindness while helping clients find lasting stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for community participants

• Respond effectively to crisis situations and provide de-escalation

• Utilize case management tools for client development

• Enforce shelter rules with compassion and respect

• Facilitate conflict resolution and constructive conversations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with marginalized populations

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• Background in case management is an asset

• Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively
