As part of Enviros, this role is targeted at enhancing the lives of youth needing support through the Youth Transition to Adulthood program. The position emphasizes individual assessments and client-centered strategies to foster self-sufficiency and independence. Your experience with trauma-informed practices will be essential in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to determine youth needs
• Implement practical life skills training initiatives
• Educate clients on available community resources
• Guide healthy relationship development through problem-solving
• Oversee client documentation management efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in a relevant Human Services field
• Hands-on experience with youth in community settings
• Recent criminal and intervention record checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Proficient organizational and time-management capabilities
Contribute to the growth of young individuals in our community as a Case Manager at Enviros.
