Position: Community Connector with Wraparound Approach
Support the lives of children and youth as a Community Connector at Enviros, working collaboratively with Children Services. This role focuses on creative, individualized planning to promote successful transitions.

The Community Connector will take part in a client-centered approach, collaborating with staff from live-in programs and community networks.

Your role is essential for identifying strengths and needs while developing actionable plans that lead to positive outcomes for youth. Flexibility is required as you accommodate various client schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage youth through interviews focusing on strengths

• Strengthen community and natural support networks

• Create integrated plans with external stakeholders

• Work alongside live-in teams for coordinated efforts

• Lead crisis stabilization and safety planning processes

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Services

• 5 years’ relevant experience

• Familiarity with addictions and mental health

• First Aid Certification and police check

• Must have Class 5 driver's license and own transportation
