Position: Supervisor for Community Outreach Programs
The Mustard Seed in Calgary seeks a Community Outreach Supervisor to lead programs that address homelessness and mental health. Utilize your expertise to support vulnerable populations through collaborative outreach.

This full-time role focuses on overseeing the SEEDReach Mobile Addiction and Mental Health Outreach Team, providing essential guidance to a multidisciplinary staff. You'll manage client caseloads while facilitating connections to community resources through innovative care strategies. Your collaboration with various stakeholders will enhance program sustainability and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide outreach team through training and supervision

• Collaborate on comprehensive case management strategies

• Ensure program funding compliance and reporting

• Record client data in management systems

• Support planning of community workshops and sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work

• At least four years working with at-risk populations

• Strong advocacy and organizational skills

• Understanding of Calgary’s mental health system

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
