Family Support Facilitator

Position: Family Support Facilitator at Hull Services
Make a meaningful impact with Hull Services as a full-time Family and Connection Facilitator in Calgary. This role focuses on engaging families while supporting youth with a trauma-informed approach.

Join Hull Services' Preadolescent Treatment Program to enhance family involvement in treatment. You'll coordinate communication between support systems and assess family needs. A key part of your job is to develop aftercare services and promote effective parenting strategies that foster resilience for families from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather essential family information for treatment

• Assess family clinical needs and strengths

• Coordinate contact between families and support systems

• Facilitate family cohesion and communication

• Develop aftercare services for post-discharge support

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or Social Sciences

• Experience in Therapeutic Campus-Based Care

• Proficient communication skills with families

• Knowledge of trauma-informed, family-centered approaches

• Ability to engage with indigenous and cultural perspectives
