Position: Full-Time Youth Program Coordinator
Join McMan Calgary & Area as a full-time Youth Development Coordinator and actively support complex needs for youth. This rewarding role emphasizes cultural connection and trauma-informed practices to provide essential support.

In this position at the Wellington group home, you will nurture and empower youth from diverse backgrounds, with a strong focus on Indigenous youth. Responsibilities include supervising daily living, teaching vital life skills, and managing cases while fostering strong relationships to enhance their personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities for youth and siblings

• Implement trauma-informed care strategies daily

• Assist with life skills development and transition planning

• Support cultural and recreational activities

• Build partnerships with families and support networks

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Services

• Experience in youth development or community service

• Familiarity with Indigenous cultural practices

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid Driver’s License and current Police Checks
