CASS is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee the Calgary Alternative Day Options (CADO) program. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high ethical standards, individualized support for clients, and the supervision of frontline staff. You will manage relationships with clients and their support networks while equipping them to achieve their personal goals and fostering community inclusiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and delivery of CADO services
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and mission alignment
• Develop and monitor Individual Support Plans for clients
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate frontline staff
• Maintain effective communication with client guardians and community supports
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in Human Services
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Human Services or related discipline
• CPR/First Aid and Background Check certifications
