Calgary Support Worker - Disability Focus

In your role as a Community Support Worker (CSW), you will collaborate with clients to enhance their independence and well-being through supportive interactions and skill development. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop respectful relationships with clients

• Guide clients in achieving goals outlined in Individual Support Plans

• Support daily living skills and community integration

• Complete client-focused paperwork timely and accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma in Disability Studies or related experience

• Knowledge of community resources and developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
