In this full-time position, you'll assist the Shelter Manager with operations at the Centre of Hope's West Desk. Your duties encompass developing program goals, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining effective partnerships with community stakeholders. Candidates should have extensive experience in social services, particularly within shelter environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise case management and direct services to clients
• Develop annual operational plans and evaluate program success
• Oversee training and compliance for staff and volunteers
• Monitor occupancy fees and handle financial documentation
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
• Three years in a supervisory role in social services
• Experience with crisis intervention and client support
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
