Position: Social Work Leadership Role
Join Calgary Seniors as a Social Work Manager, leading programs that provide vital support to older adults. This hybrid position offers opportunities to innovate and enhance community engagement.

As the Manager of Social Work, you will ensure that all services are trauma-informed, client-centered, and based on a strengths-based approach. With over five years of experience, you will mentor teams, manage program-related projects, and foster partnerships that enhance service delivery and community reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee key programs including Outreach and Senior Connect

• Provide leadership and support to Social Work staff

• Lead program goals and manage service standards

• Facilitate data collection for program evaluation

• Collaborate with community partners on initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or related discipline

• Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (asset)

• Extensive experience in social work with leadership roles

• Familiarity with senior services and community needs

• Strong communication and organizational skills
