As the Manager of Social Work, you will ensure that all services are trauma-informed, client-centered, and based on a strengths-based approach. With over five years of experience, you will mentor teams, manage program-related projects, and foster partnerships that enhance service delivery and community reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee key programs including Outreach and Senior Connect
• Provide leadership and support to Social Work staff
• Lead program goals and manage service standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Social Work or related discipline
• Active registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (asset)
