Position: CASS Day Services Team Leader Role
Join the team at Calgary Alternative Support Services Inc. (CASS) as a Day Services Team Leader, fostering community development for adults with disabilities. Balance office management and community outreach in this impactful role.

This full-time position allows you to directly influence the lives of marginalized individuals through the Calgary Alternative Day Options (CADO) program. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring that clients develop goals and skills that promote independence.

Your role includes supervising staff, supporting client relationships, and coordinating services with community resources to fulfill individual support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish professional relationships with clients and guardians

• Recruit and support competent frontline staff

• Respond to client emergencies promptly

• Assist clients in community engagement activities

• Input client case notes into the database

Requirements:

• 3 years of Human Services experience

• Supervisory experience essential

• Strong communication and report writing skills

• Degree or diploma in Human Services required

• Current Basic First Aid and Police Check needed
