Part-Time Resident Engagement Worker

As a Resident Engagement Worker, you will report to the Resident Program Supervisor and help develop programs for residents in supportive housing. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to understanding homelessness while fostering relationships among residents and their support networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with residents to build daily living skills
• Document resident interactions and referrals accurately
• Support the resident’s communication with their Case Worker
• Host community events and engage residents intentionally
• Cover front desk during patrols and breaks
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Services or related experience
• Understanding of homelessness and community development
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities
• Must pass background and vulnerable sector checks
