Become a Dormitory Supervisor for the Global Leadership Program with Golden Hills School Division in Strathmore, Alberta. Foster a supportive environment for international youth while supervising dormitory life.

This non-teaching position is centered on building a safe and positive living experience for international students. You will report to the Global Leadership Program Manager and must work shifts, including nights and weekends. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about mentorship, student wellbeing, and multicultural community building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students and enforce dormitory rules

• Support social and cultural adjustment of residents

• Maintain a positive and respectful dormitory atmosphere

• Assist with student attendance and daily routines

• Organize and supervise weekend activities

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with youth in diverse settings

• Availability for 24-hour supervision from August to June

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to speak Korean is an asset
