Your mentorship will empower clients to overcome barriers and thrive in their chosen fields.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized coaching tailored to client needs
• Conduct skills assessments to identify client strengths
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic career goals
• Assist with resume writing and interview preparation
• Offer training to enhance job-related skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field
• Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
