Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training and support initiatives for the outreach team

• Collaborate on comprehensive case management strategies

• Manage funding streams for ongoing program sustainability

• Prepare and present reports for key stakeholders

• Document client interactions accurately in care management systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work required

• Minimum of four years’ experience with vulnerable populations

• Strong communication skills essential

• Familiarity with Calgary’s community resources

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
