Claims Analyst

Pay & Location

Pay: CA $22.50 per hour. Remote role, physically located in Canada.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm. Time zone:
Eastern Standard Time (EST).

• Work closely with internal teams and clients to process claims accurately and efficiently.
• Craft transparent, professional scripts and written communications to guide claimants.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
• Handle claim data with care, maintaining confidentiality and robust attention to detail.

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
• Solid written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in claims processing.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.

• Memory & Storage: 8GB RAM, 256GB storage minimum.
• Operating System:

  10 or higher may also be considered.
