Position: Community Health Coordinator at Vitalité Health Network
Take charge of community health initiatives with Vitalité Health Network as a full-time Community-Based Learning Approach Coordinator. Focus on asset mapping and engage with stakeholders to enhance health projects.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Community Engagement. Your responsibilities will include coordinating asset mapping for community health services and facilitating vital stakeholder meetings. You will develop strategies to foster community engagement, provide feedback for improvement, and maintain essential connections with health professionals.
