Hub Program Facilitator

Position: Employment Hub Program Facilitator
Join the Calgary John Howard Society as a Program Facilitator for the Employment Hub. This full-time position focuses on supporting marginalized adults with tailored employment services.

As a key member of the Employment Hub team, you will coordinate workshops, facilitate skills sessions, and collaborate with partners to ensure client success.

Your role will involve not just scheduling but also networking with service providers to enhance program outreach. Understanding the needs of individuals involved with the criminal justice system will be crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual program schedules and industry certification trainings

• Facilitate workshops and provide individualized support to clients

• Network with service providers and promote program successes

• Manage data collection and maintain compliance in reporting

• Attend agency meetings and provide coverage as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for client engagement

• Prior group facilitation experience preferred

• Understanding of the criminal justice system is an asset

• Experience with marginalized populations is beneficial

• Current Criminal Record Check required within six months
