The Youth Support Program, part of LLRIB Health Services, seeks a dedicated individual to assist youth in acquiring vital life and social skills. Collaborating closely with the Cultural team, you will provide individualized guidance and connect youth to community resources. Your involvement will cultivate awareness and foster community engagement around youth challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance awareness of issues facing First Nations youth
• Participate in community planning discussions
• Organize and facilitate youth workshops
• Inspire healthy lifestyle choices among attendees
• Attend various meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or relevant educational background
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in public speaking and group facilitation
• Capability to work both autonomously and within teams
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
