Position: Recovery Care Worker for Addiction Support
Become a vital part of the Recovery Oriented System of Care as a Recovery Care Worker. This role supports clients in withdrawal management and recovery transition with a focus on trauma-informed care.

As a Recovery Care Worker reporting to the Team Lead, you will engage with clients across their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include client intake, assessment, case management, and facilitating recovery-oriented programs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll apply your knowledge and skills to help clients stabilize and achieve their recovery goals through effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client triage and intake processes

• Lead admissions to withdrawal management programs

• De-escalate and intervene during crises

• Monitor unit activities and conduct wellness checks

• Connect clients to community resources

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Services or related field

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in addiction support

• Satisfactory criminal record check within 6 months

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Abstract
