Join Nisa Homes in Calgary as a full time Caseworker and support clients through crisis and recovery. You will provide essential emotional support and case management that empowers individuals. In the role of Caseworker, you will work directly with clients, providing crisis intervention and developing safety plans tailored to their unique needs.

Your experience in social services will guide clients through the complexities of legal systems, ensuring they receive the advocacy and support they deserve. Engage in cooperative environments that prioritize healing and independence for residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support for clients
Manage client intake and assessments
Assist in connecting clients with housing options
Conduct risk assessments and safety planning
Maintain accurate documentation of case files

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in social work or related field
Minimum of one year relevant experience
Proven skills in advocacy and case management
