Location: Hanna
We are seeking a dedicated Family Resource Worker in the Hanna area to assist students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This full-time role offers meaningful engagement with families and requires excellent interpersonal skills. The temporary position spans ten months, starting in September 2026 and concluding in June 2027.
You will help develop strategies to assist families while engaging in effective planning and teamwork. Preference is for candidates with relevant education and experience in human services or health-related fields.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to families facing emotional challenges.
- Utilize robust communication and planning skills.
- Collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
- Ensure confidentiality and independent judgement.
- Travel to various locations as needed.
- Diploma or degree in human services/health field preferred.
- Membership eligibility in skilled designation.
- Class 5 Alberta driver's license required.
- Valid vehicle insurance for travel.
- Criminal and child intervention checks required.
