CASS is hiring two Support Home Providers in South Calgary, focusing on compassionate support tailored to individual needs. The SHP provides essential assistance, from managing medical appointments to meal preparation and leisure activities. They are pivotal in creating inclusive environments for clients, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities as required

• Help plan and prepare healthy meals for clients

• Administer medications and manage appointments

• Support recreational and leisure activities in the home

• Maintain a safe and suitable living environment for clients

Requirements:

• Current Emergency or Standard First Aid certification

• Satisfactory police information check with vulnerable sectors search

• Knowledge of supporting adults with developmental disabilities

• Diploma or equivalent in Disability Studies

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
