As a Mentoring Coordinator, you'll play a vital role by providing guidance and match support in Calgary's mentoring initiatives. Focus on maintaining safety for youth and volunteers, while resolving barriers that may affect relationships among mentors and children facing adversity. Your contribution will enhance program effectiveness through creativity and collaboration with various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess match relationships for safety and growth

• Address barriers in mentor-youth relationships

• Utilize outcomes measurements to impact youth development

• Liaise with schools and community organizations

• Maintain detailed, accurate case records

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in human services

• Experience with diverse youth populations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Effective communication skills in person and on calls
