This position reports directly to the Program Lead and involves conducting interviews with host families. You’ll ensure that every family meets Canada Homestay's caring standards by performing home visits and collecting necessary documentation. Your skills in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution will be crucial in promoting our program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct home interviews for new and existing host families
• Validate information through in-person visits and assessments
• Ensure adherence to Canada Homestay's protocols
• Manage data integrity and documentation via email
• Build trusting relationships within the community
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of international cultures
• Valid driver's license and clean criminal record
Utilize your skills in communication and problem solving to enrich cultural experiences for international students in Canada.
