This permanent, full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. You will work with clients facing challenges like neglect, domestic violence, and mental health issues. Using your strong communication skills, you’ll gather information, create treatment plans, and ensure clients receive necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to clients over the phone and in person

• Engage clients in beneficial and supportive activities

• Conduct evaluations and gather client information

• Refer clients to relevant agencies and resources

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory

• 3-5 years experience with clients in crisis

• Strong communication and computer skills required

• Licensed clinical social worker preferred

• Ability to develop effective treatment plans
