Wellness Collective Facilitator

Join Carya's Wellness Collective team as a full-time Facilitator in Calgary. Design and lead psychosocial group programming that fosters connection and wellbeing for diverse participants.

In this full-time role, you will support psychosocial group programs for older adults and other community members. Your expertise in adult learning, group dynamics, and cultural humility will be key in creating inclusive spaces that encourage participation. Collaboration with co-facilitators and constant adaptation of programming will ensure that each session meets participant needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging psychosocial wellness group programming

• Collaborate to develop session plans and materials

• Facilitate sessions promoting connection and personal growth

• Build relationships fostering trust and participation

• Document attendance, evaluate outcomes, and report findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field

• 2–3 years in group facilitation or community programming

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Skilled in fostering group cohesion and participation

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
