Supported Lifestyles Ltd. is a dedicated not-for-profit agency seeking compassionate individuals for its Youth Disability Worker role. You will provide individualized support in residential and community settings, focusing on skill development, emotional well-being, and quality of life. Your efforts will help children and youth with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges thrive in their environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized services in accordance with agency standards

• Provide direct support in residential and community settings

• Assist with skill development and community integration

• Implement and document behavioral support plans

• Facilitate recreational activities with the youth

Requirements:

• Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges

• Personal care experience is beneficial

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is an asset
