Position: Facilitator for Wellness Collective
Become a Wellness Collective Facilitator at Carya in Calgary. Focus on delivering engaging group programs that promote wellbeing, connection, and inclusivity for diverse participants.

Carya is searching for a full-time Facilitator who is dedicated to fostering a sense of community through psychosocial group programming. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in group facilitation, creative programming, and adult learning principles. You will design inclusive sessions, support participant engagement, and document program outcomes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare psychosocial group programming

• Collaborate with team members for session planning

• Facilitate engaging wellness and connection sessions

• Build trusting relationships with diverse participants

• Maintain program documentation and attendance records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field

• 2–3 years of group facilitation experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
