As a Lead Support Worker with at least two years of supervisory experience, you will train front-line staff and deliver direct intervention to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your work will involve advocating for clients, facilitating individualized intervention plans, and providing crisis management when necessary. Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor front-line staff on behavioral interventions

• Deliver direct support to high-risk individuals in crises

• Document and maintain accurate client records and reports

• Advocate and provide skill training within community settings

• Collaborate with the Complex Needs Coordinator on service delivery

Requirements:

• Diploma in human services or relevant degree

• Two years of experience with complex needs individuals

• Supervisory experience required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
