Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care for clients in supportive housing

• Promote harm reduction and housing-first approaches

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year diploma in Human Services or related field

• Frontline experience with vulnerable populations

• Valid Class 5 driver license preferred
