Youth Development Coordinator at McMan

In this key role, you will support daily operations while implementing high-quality programming for youth with complex needs. Your work will include empowering youth through skill development, facilitating family connections, and ensuring a supportive living environment. Your expertise in trauma-informed practice will guide the team's everyday interactions and enhance individual youth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold trauma-informed care for youth in crisis

• Mentor staff in daily responsibilities and interventions

• Facilitate regular meetings with families and support networks

• Implement coping skills and DBT techniques

• Support safe transportation for youth to activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services

• 2-5 years of relevant experience with youth

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Current first aid certification and valid driver’s license
