Calgary Resident Program Engagement Worker

Reporting to the Resident Program Supervisor, this Permanent Part-Time position includes collaborating with various teams to enhance housing stability. You will provide essential support, helping residents build daily living skills while ensuring their safety and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage residents to develop daily living skills
• Maintain communication with resident support networks
• Document resident interactions and complete logs
• Facilitate community events and interaction
• Follow Health & Safety protocols in all activities
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Services or equivalent experience
• Desire to work with marginalized populations
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong conflict resolution and administrative skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada mandatory
