Coordinate client intakes, orientations, and scheduling for assessments and workshops.
Assist with completing needs assessments, intake documentation, and service agreements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and data entry in the case management system (ICM).
Track attendance, update action plans, and ensure timely follow-up on client activities and appointments.
Support the preparation of program reports and performance data as required.
Career Advising and Coaching
Provide one-on-one support to clients in collaboration with Case Managers or Occupational Therapists.
Assist clients with job search preparation, resume updates, interview readiness, and employment applications.
Help facilitate small group sessions or workshops on career exploration, workplace readiness, or life skills.
Encourage client engagement, motivation, and accountability throughout the program.
Administrative Coordination
Manage program communication, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups with clients.
Support the coordination of virtual and in-person services, including workshop setup and materials.
Assist with processing financial support documentation and verifying client eligibility for services.
Collaborate with community partners and internal team members to support referrals and wraparound services.
Qualifications
Required:
Diploma or degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative, employment services, or client support role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with databases or case management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in an employment, disability, or social services environment.
Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.
Knowledge of the local labour market and inclusive employment practices.
Training in motivational interviewing, conflict de-escalation, or mental health first aid.
Full-time
Wage Range $52,065.00 - $57,000.00
Work Conditions On-site in an office environment
