Position: Recovery Coach with Community Focus
Empower recovery and growth as a Recovery Coach in Alpha House's Transitions Team. In this full-time role, you'll support clients through individualized case planning and program engagement in a weekday setting.

You will develop recovery programming that emphasizes life skills and community resources while providing critical transportation for clients. This position requires strong documentation skills and a commitment to maintaining a supportive, safe environment. Engage in educational presentations and uphold the values that define Alpha House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create personalized recovery-focused programming

• Assist clients with transportation to appointments

• Conduct health and addiction education workshops

• Document client interactions and maintain organized files

• Uphold safety protocols in program operations

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in social work or related field

• At least two years of relevant case work experience

• Understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed care

• Highly organized with strong self-motivation

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
