As a Community Disability Practitioner, you will assist clients facing complex behaviors and other special needs. Bringing your skills in trauma-informed care, you will work collaboratively with families and professionals to inspire independence and promote a fulfilling life for those you support. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily activities and community participation

• Develop and assess individualized service plans

• Respond empathetically to emotional support needs

• Keep accurate records aligned with standards

• Collaborate effectively with various support networks

Requirements:

• Must hold an Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License

• Have reliable transportation with adequate insurance

• Must be comfortable with swimming-related activities

• Experience in a disability-related field is valuable

• Undergo a clear Criminal Record Check
