Case Manager for Youth Development

In this Monday to Friday role, the Case Manager will engage with at-risk youth, fostering their growth through effective relationship-building and timely support. With an emphasis on client-centered guidance, you will help set achievable goals and work towards personal development outcomes alongside community partners. This position involves a blend of case management and active participation in youth programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships with youth and their supports

• Facilitate goal-setting conversations and provide guidance

• Manage life skills and safety for youth

• Connect youth to culturally appropriate services

• Document progress and contribute to program planning

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Services or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience with vulnerable youth

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends

• Clear criminal record check required

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
