Position: Senior Coordinator for Youth Development
Join McMan Calgary as a Senior Youth Development Coordinator, enhancing the lives of youth at Manhattan Place Group Home. Drive impactful youth programming within a supportive, trauma-informed setting.

This position focuses on facilitating positive outcomes for youth aged 12-17 by fostering family connections and ensuring quality day-to-day operations. You will mentor staff, implement effective strategies, and provide critical support for youth facing complex challenges. Your leadership will ensure that each youth’s needs are addressed with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shift operations prioritizing youth well-being

• Monitor implementation of high-quality programming

• Organize case conferences and wraparound meetings

• Coach staff in effective crisis intervention

• Engage with clinicians and cultural representatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or equivalent

• 2-5 years in group care settings

• Experience with trauma-informed frameworks

• Effective communication and crisis resolution skills

• Valid driver’s license and police checks
