At Closer to Home, you will work comprehensively with a team of professionals, utilizing the Teaching Family Model to facilitate youth success in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include managing crises, fostering skill development, and collaborating on treatment plans to promote safety and growth. Open availability for a 4-on, 4-off shift rotation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth in daily activities and routines
• Manage crises to ensure safety and stability
• Facilitate therapeutic approaches to treatment
• Document incidents and conduct assessments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on care plans
Requirements:
• Experience with individuals with complex behavioral needs
• Diploma or degree in a related field
• Open availability for diverse shifts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid Alberta driver’s license and personal vehicle
