Beltline Outreach Worker Evening Shift

Join Alpha House as a Beltline Outreach Worker from 4pm to Midnight, providing critical support to individuals facing addiction and homelessness. Engage directly with the community, advocating for vulnerable populations every night.

This permanent, full-time role requires strong case management skills and a compassionate approach to support. Your responsibilities will include driving, community engagement, and crisis management while collaborating with various social service partners. Your dedication will make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic support to individuals facing addiction issues

• Conduct outreach in encampments and hidden locations

• Drive agency vans to transport clients safely

• Respond to crises and provide on-site assistance

• Collaborate with partner agencies for client advocacy

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma/degree in related field or in progress

• Knowledge of addictions and mental health care

• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills

• Valid Class 5 Non-GDL driver license

• Experience working with vulnerable populations
