Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident intake interviews and evaluations

• Liaise with welfare, police, and other agencies

• Store and record medications and tools

• Manage daily event logs and incident reports

• Perform safety checks and conflict mediation

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Up to six months of specialized training

• Police Information Check and First Aid certification

• Frontline social service experience preferred

• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills
